Design Process

1. Explore
Starting with research, bench-marking and investigating the market, user needs and business goals. The results of which assist in the creation of user stories, personas and customer journeys.
2. Create
Informed by the research results I started to create ideas and potential solutions with wireframes, flows and prototypes. Solutions are developed, iterated and tested before creating the UI design.
3. Evaluate
Continuously during the design process I performed user tests and liaised with the client to evaluate the solutions and take decisions. When the developers were implementing the design I did continuous Quality Assurance Testing.
