we.trade is an enterprise-grade blockchain-enabled trade finance platform co-owned by IBM that optimises trading potential between counterparties using smart contracts and distributed ledger technology.
I joined as the founding designer during the start-up stage taking the product from POV concept to a production SaaS platform in use by 12 major European banks.​​​​​​​
Responsibilities
Product Design, UX & Visual Design
As the Principal UX Designer at we.trade, I led the design direction for user-focused brand and product experiences, being involved throughout the design process. This included shaping brand and product strategy, managing stakeholder liaison, creating the design system, and crafting content and visual design. I worked closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation within agile development cycles.​​​​​​​
